HOW IT WORKS

SPECIFICALLY:
High Film Strength (Adhesion): This allows oil to adhere to metal surfaces. It ensures instant lubrication during cold starts by clinging to cylinder walls and bearing surfaces. It provides excellent sealing around piston rings and valve guides, with no increase in friction. In older engines using Hy-Per Lube Oil Supplement, oil leakage is reduced and compression restored. The result is cleaner combustion, increased fuel efficiency, and a cooler running engine.

Anti-Foaming: Lubricating fluids, when subjected to high shear and agitation will foam, in many cases dramatically. Foam is primarily air and is not a good lubricant or heat dispersant. Foaming lubricants will lead to premature equipment failure.

Hy-Per Lube Oil Supplement eliminates foaming by reducing the surface tension of the lubricating fluid so bubbles cannot hold their form. This ensures constant maximum oil pressure and a lubricant that can fully dissipate heat, eliminate hot spots (created by foam on metal surfaces) and not disrupt the hydrodynamic action between metal surfaces.

Viscosity Index Improver (Oil Viscosity Stabilizer): Hy-Per Lube Oil Supplement extends the operating temperature range of the lubricant it’s mixed with. Lubricants blended with Hy-Per Lube Oil Supplement won’t thin out as much when hot and thicken less when cold. Less energy is required to start a cold engine with Hy-Per Lube Oil Supplement. The lubricant flows more easily, ensuring maximum protection. When hot, oil consumption is reduced because lubricant will not thin out as much as untreated oil. And its powerful sludge dispersants keep the engine or transmission clean and efficient. Hy-Per Lube Oil Supplement, unlike some additives, will not break down, separate, or foam out of the lubricating fluid it is blended with.

Extreme Pressure (EP) Characteristics: Hy-Per Lube Oil Supplement is an extreme pressure lubricant that greatly enhances oil’s ability to cushion and absorb mechanical shock, and reduces drive train noise.
